Bagging a Good Burger
Here's an interesting twist: The best burger in New York City is actually in New Brunswick, NJ. Kudos to Stage Left--a four-star dining venue--for being selected as Citysearch.com's "2000 Editors' Winner" for the best burger in New York City.
According to Citysearch restaurant critic Dan McAlvanah, Stage Left's burger cooked the competition in Manhattan. "Voters agreed it was the best burger they had ever had," he says. Co-owner Francis Schott says Stage Left's success lies in the creativity of Chef Patrick Yves Pierre-Jerome, the excellent chopped meat and a special aged cheddar cheese. Stage Left serves its award-winning burger daily in the heart of revitalized downtown New Brunswick at 5 Livingston Avenue. For more information, call (732) 828-4444
