| We've been at the forefront of the table to farm movement for 16 years now, bringing the best of local farms to you at our restaurant tables. Every once in a while we can offer the opportunity to bring you to the farm. Ben and Catherine Konopacki run Indyke Farm in Monroe. We've been buying strawberries at Indyke for years. Each ripening is like a celebration. Ben also supplies us with thousands of pounds of tomatoes for our tomato sauce throughout the year. June 1st, we're going to serve dinner at Ben's farm. We have a surprising and delightful menu featuring some of the best strawberries in the country right next to where we pick them. We're basically going to dine in Ben's back yard so we do have to keep it a small affair. | |
