In 1993, Paul Hobbs came to Stage Left for the very first time. We didn't know then that Paul would become one of the most famous winemakers in the world. We didn't know then that our restaurants would be thriving thirty-one years later on this corner of a remarkably revitalized New Brunswick. We couldn't know...but we had a hunch.
According to Paul, our dinner is the only opportunity to comprehensively taste his wines from California, Argentina, New York, and France all in one place...every year. What's more, you get to taste with the man himself and with our great food expertly matched with each course. It's the premier tasting event in NJ. Makes a great gift!
