We now make it with Yanquiza, from a family-owned, century-old, farm-to-table pisco estate, located deep in the Ica Valley of Peru. Love Story Giuliana was in New Brunswick years ago and couldn’t find a single bar that had heard of pisco. Then someone smart recommended Catherine Lombardi, where we said “Of course we can make you a pisco sour.” We became her favorite place. When her fiancé Wayne decided to pop the question, there was only one place to do it. The ring was delivered with pisco sours at Catherine Lombardi.
