Our old friend Dale Degroff will join us for a 35 Year Retrospective of The ReBirth of The Cocktail. Dale single-handedly started the cocktail revolution when opened The Rainbow Room Bar for Joe Baum in 1987. We'll be celebrating 35 years of the cocktail renaissance and the 30th anniversary of it's arrival here! Dale is the King of Cocktails. Long live the King...right here in New Brunswick (the birth of the cocktail renaissance in NJ).
